SOC & Subsystem Design

Whether it be a single processor solution, a homogeneous processor array or

heterogeneous multi processor system we have designed and implemented numerous

schemes that are in production today. Each have their merits and advantages but the

key to any successful project is having the right data available, at the right place, at

the right time. We have solved these issues in the past and are happy to help

customers make the best decisions for their application.

Configurable Processor Design

The founder of J.G Design Solutions, John Massingham, was one of the original

members of Tensilica Europe. As such we have extensive experience designing

systems using configured Xtensa processors. Our experience architecting and

implementing fixed & floating point processors for LTE, WiFi and Video

applications gives us a wide range of expertise to assist customers with their

configurable processor designs.

Embedded Software

We have developed embedded software for numerous applications from

audio, and video to VDSL and LTE. We have written our own operating

systems and schedulers as well as ported numerous RTOS's to multiple

targets. We are confident that we can help you develop high quality, easily

testable firmware, middleware and application code for your particular

system.
